Basically, SP6a provides the fix for the "regression error" in
TCPIP.sys found in SP6 and the TCP-ISN fix that causes the
administrator only Winsock problems. SP6a doesn't include the TCP-ISN
fix though.

There are other reasons that SP6a is being released, but I can't talk
about them, so it *is* a *very* worthwhile SP. My recommendation is to
order the SP6a CD now and leave the download alone.
