Not on topic, I know, but based on the volume of infected messages
I've personally received today, I thought it prudent to just remind
you.

Zipped_Files.exe and Link.vbs are both making a heck of a mess out of
quite a few sites today. As such, they'll likely make a mess out of a
whole bunch more tomorrow.

On one list I monitor, a list dedicated to System Administrators, no
less than 5 people opened the infected Link.vbs attachment within 2
hours of it being sent out to that (unmoderated) list. Pretty bad, eh?

After my last message to NTBugtraq earlier today, I received 3
messages with zipped_files.exe attached.

FWIW, I haven't seen any such messages in many months. It means, at
least to me, that there must be something in wide circulation causing
so many different sites to be infected on the same day.

- - Make sure you've got some sort of AV protection for your mail
- - Make sure you read my Safe Email Practices guide
- - Remind your users to put a condom over their finger-tips.
