Whilst upgrading Office 97 Professional to Office 2000 Professional I get a
message asking for a Windows password for Protected Storage. Entering passwords
just doesn't get rid of this and it has to be cancelled. (We've also had this
problem loading Pipex 6). These PCs are running NT 4.0 SP6a and IE5.
How do I counter this?
