You are correct during a standard install of Windows 2000 the install
targetpath is hard coded to winnt. If you feel this is a security concern
you can always install using an unattended install and in your answer file
specify targetpath = yourchoice. Microsoft outlines this design change in
Knowledge Base article Q235478.
