MS03-040 - potential bug issue

It appears that there is a bug in q828750. The /q:a switch does not appear to be working for us. I have an open case with MS to confirm the issue. The /q:a switch does not completely suppress all UIs during install.
Anybody else seen the UI that shows files installing and offers a Cancel button?
