Hi.
I'm interested in adding some real-time extensions to NetBSD, and
ran across the press release from back in June that says that RTMX
donated their real-time extensions to OpenBSD for inclusion in the
next release. I took a look at 2.8 and and the current CVS tree,
and don't see any sign of their inclusion yet. This is understandable.
I know all too well how things go in open-source projects.
I'm not sure that the RTMX code has what I'm looking for, but I'd like
to take a look at it, and if it does have what I need, I'd be happy to
share all of the work that I can with the OpenBSD developers who are
working on this.
I've sent a query to a couple of people personally, but haven't gotten
much of a response. Is this project still something that is of interest
to OpenBSD? Who is working on it? Where can I get a copy of the code
to look at?
Thanks,
-allen
