kde/base2 seems to have a dependency on Netscape
(communicator/navigator). If configure can't find them, the 'nsplugins'
parts are not compiled and installed.
This causes problems in the packaging step, because the nsplugin parts
are unconditionally listed in PLIST.
Can't think of a clean solution besides (build) depending on Netscape,
which seems rather ugly...
