If they are using the ICQ 2000 protocol they should have no problems.
Since that version it uses the AIM protocol, and it actually works
behind our firewall at work that it has _never_ even remotely ran
behind before. Since then I have also been able to get rid of the
icq_masq modules on our IPMasq server, whose only real use was to allow
ICQ chats and file transfers (messages worked fine). But like I said,
if they're using 2000 there shouldn't be any problems.
