    Let them get a look at the rules for support for Checkpoint. Explain to
    them that the products authors do not offer support but rather you
    must deal with whoever sold you the product (at lest this is how
    it works in the US). If the reseller goes under you have a problem.

    Explain that if they do not continue to purchase "support" that the
    wonderful GUI will stop accepting changes and they will be stuck
    right where they are at. Explain that if they miss a support
    payment they will have to repurchase the product.
