    Creating gzip'd tar ball in '/usr/ports/packages/i386/All/freebsd_lib-2.2.8.tgz'
    tar: Unable to access var/run/ld.so.hints <No such file or directory>
    tar: WARNING! These file names were not selected:
    var/run/ld.so.hints
    pkg_create: tar command failed with code 256
    *** Error code 1

    I checked the archives and found some mention of doing a 'touch' to correct this,
    but couldnt get it to work. Anyone know how to get around this?

    OpenBSD 2.8(stable), i386
