    I have just made available a 2.8-current snapshot of XFree86 4.0.3 for i386.
    If it is not already at your mirror dated April 2, 2001 .. then it will be soon.

    We need testers, especially people reading /usr/X11R6/README with suggestions.

    Do not attempt to run this if you are not running 2.8-current, and the usual
    caveats regarding current apply.
