Ok, you have a Broadcom BCM5201 PHY on that card, which is not supported,
hence the attachment of the generic ukphy(4) driver.
Try setting the media manually as root after boot:
"ifconfig dc0 media 100baseTX" or "ifconfig dc0 media 10baseT", whichever
is appropriate.
We are going to contact Broadcom in an attempt to get docs for this PHY.
