    www.openbsd.org -> supported platforms -> amiga

It's under the "Preparing your System for OpenBSD Installation:" in the
INSTALL.amiga document, that itself is to be found at:
    ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/2.8/amiga/

I thought this part was rather clear actually.

This should rather be inside the newly installed OpenBSD (and on the web)
IMHO. But yes, it's not really obvious.

The (somewqhat shortish) amiga-port-webpage says that one of the
project would be to have a writeable ADOSfs. This might be a hint
that it's not at this moment. =)

There isn't one, so don't worry about that. This is ok.

The CD shouldn't come as a surprise to you, being RO that is.

That's why I'd like to see you dmesg, if possible. Perhaps the one on your
G-force doesn't look like a GVP-SeriesII even though amigaOS sees it that
    way?

There is a neat package on aminet that's called "BFFS" or something like that
which allows you to read (and if you're really wild, write) BSD-filesystems.
If you run "dmesg >/mydmesg" and then from amigaOS reads this file, you
can move it from the bsd-world to amigaos and later to an email.
Incidentally, having BFFS is kind of neat as soon as you start to compile
new kernels and stuff, since they will end up inside the bsd-partitions.
