OpenBSD supports software RAID as well as several IDE and SCSI
hardware raid cards.
For software RAID see:
% man -s4 raid
% man -s8 raidctl
For hardware RAID see:

% man -s4 gdt # ICP-Vortex GDT RAID driver
% man -s4 twe # 3ware Escalade RAID driver (IDE)
