I had quite a few disappointing surprises with the NE2000 based PCMCIA
adapters for OpenBSD 2.8. Now that at least I know the kernel has buggy
drivers. The "Hardware Compatability" document should say so. Here I am ready
to sell a OpenBSD solution to a eager customer. If they found out the hard
way that (after investing in) NE2000 cards don't work well, they would not
allow me back and would not allow anyone who would utter the word "OpenBSD".

Whoever is responsible for the FAQ, should explicitly mention not to go to
    NE2000 ethernet cards.

Going forward, I would like to use a 4-port NIC on OpenBSD. Is there any
particular brand that makes them for OpenBSD? Is anyone on this forum using
this a 4-port NIC on OpenBSD? I would appreciate any info regarding this
HW device that works on OpenBSD.

    Thank you in advance.
