well it is quite simple i must say....

first of all .....go to altq website........then take first right and you
will notice big sign saying .. !!!!!! FAQ !!!! (wonder what this do :)

follow the rabbit till you hit the right page .....and finally/most
important ...........read..........

that's why it has been wriiten out there aint that right ?

..........after all you may come back and thank us all here for
teaching you how to help yourself on your own....

someone once said:

but of course ....... you may ask questions ......that's what this list
is for ......
