hier(7) is the system that introduced the incompatibility /package
is trying to solve in the first place.
Citing it in defense of OpenBSD's stance without explaining why
/package is broken(er) is ridiculous (whereas the slashpackage
documentation explains (with examples!) why hier(7) is broken when
looking at more than a single system).
