    Hey, you can even make and distribute ANY package you want,
    with whatever fs hierarchy YOU want (as long as it doesn't
    conflict with the author's published LICENCE, that is).

    However, you will not get OpenBSD to distribute anything
    that conflicts with OpenBSD's hier(7) or goals.html.
    Why can't you understand that?
