Well, this seems OK. I just have 2 more suggestions:
1) I'd use tidy-20020327 instead of tidy-020327 as PKGNAME
2) I think -DCONFIG_FILE=\\\"${SYSCONFDIR}/tidy_config.txt\\\" is
preferred to hardcoding /etc
A shame they removed the manpages.
