    To solve this problem, you could try to boot in UKC (at the 'boot>'
    prompt, just enter 'boot -c'), issue a 'disable apm' command to the UKC,
    and boot. Once booted, either compile a new kernel without APM
    support, or disable APM via UKC permanently.
