    Since it was a pain for me to get ALL the necessary info to install the
    latest relay-ctrl on OBSD 3.0 I decided to help out my fellow hackers
    like others have done so for me...

    1) Go here to download and read up:
    http://untroubled.org/relay-ctrl/
    2) Follow the README exactly for all install info
    3) For the compilation problem you'll get when running make check this
    out:

    4) Make relay-ctrl-allow suid root (chmod u+s) and you're in business
    (you can change ownership if suid isn't up your alley)....
