After trying out some snapshots for the upcoming 3.1, I realized that
USB stopped working whenver I plugged a device in. The error received
is

uhub0: device problem, disabling port 1

The kernel is not able to read the description from the device, I'm
guessing because it's not getting the interrupts anymore after pcibios
fixups. The troubled commit is from Oct 25:
add an ali1543 and fix amd756 icu drivers

I don't have any fix other than to back out the change. Specifically,
it's the ali1543 support that doesn't work (that's my chipset).
Disabling pcibios also works.
