Hi,
We received a server preinstalled with OBSD 3.0 beta (this was before 3.0
was released). The box had network problems and would not send anything on
the network (arp replies, ip, etc.), but using tcpdump, it could see the
traffic from other hosts on the ethernet.
We thought it could be a bug in 3.0b, so we tried 2.9, but got the same
results. We requested a new motherboard, but with the new one, we have the
same problem (can receive but not send).
We tried with 3.0 from the CD, then 3.0-stable, then 3.1 snapshot and
nothing worked. We installed Windows 2000 server and the drivers that
shipped with the CD and the interface worked fine!
Here is a dmesg from the 3.0 CD install with the original generic kernel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
