g77, as you've found with Ben Goren guidance.
Looking thru the fortran newsgroups three or four months ago, I
found pretty clear statements on (Open-) BSD and f90/ 95.
Basically, there are div. gnu + lib problems, specially with f95.
I'd be surprised if this had changed meanwhile.
However, first of all you may want to look at man g77 (f77) which
explains some (if not most) of the problems OpenBSD is confronted
with.
