    It could be due to the patch or it could be due to a buggy driver. I
    remember 2400 panic running stock 2.9 kernel. AFAIK, the driver did
    _not_ change much since it was introduced in 2.9.

    Someone should _really_ look into either fixing the timeout/instability
    issues with aac(4) or remove the driver from the supported list.
