My question is going to be real simple...
What about the process upgrading from 3.1?
I can CVS update but are the docs online up
to date regarding what needs to be prepped
prior to updating stuff, old cruft that can
    be thrown out...?

    I'm looking at
    http://www.openbsd.org/faq/upgrade-minifaq.html
