So during boot, after usb detecten, and umass detection, and them scsibusX
activation.. it shows the stick as a scsi disk?
Any chance you could send me a snippet from dmesg?
And regarding lack of insert/remove messages. maybe that's why it's
called MagicGate(tm)... Windows just knows by pure magic.
Hey.. in windows.. did you ever use the silly jog dial on the vaio? I
always wished it would do something obvious, like change the volume on the
speakers...
