    Would it be possible to add a perl module to the standard distribution?
    I'm working on a patch to adduser to clean up some bugs in it, and I'd
    really like to have File::Slurp around. This would allow file reading
    to be both faster and more standard (across the entire distribution,
    not just in adduser). It is a pure-perl module, so has no platform
    dependencies (at least no more than perl itself), is very small, and
    has an unobtrusive license.

    Any thoughts on this?
