Hello,
Does anyone if the bufflao 802.11g (54mbps) pcmcia cards are supported ?
I'm going for a wireless access point with 4 port 10/100 switch built in &
see that the 11mbps (802.11b) & 54mbps (802.11g) are the same price.
The WAP is going to be connected to my openbsd gateway via a RJ45 cable so I
guess this side of things is o.k. it's just the openbsd laptop thats a
problem. 802.11g is meant to be 100% backwards compatible with 802.11b, so
would a normal 11mbps card in the laptop work fine?
cheers for reading
Dave.
