As I have for the last few releases, I have updated the OpenBSD FAQ
    http://www.openbsd.org/faq/index.html
to reflect OpenBSD 3.3, however there are a few things I wish to point
out for 3.3...

Tom Cosgrove has been doing a great job of getting me an updated and
well-made .PDF of the FAQ on a weekly basis, and wrote me a set of
scripts to make a very nice text file version of the FAQ. As these
are now stored on the FTP servers, I don't get to publicly thank him
for this, or even make it clear that it is happening, but it has been,
and is being mirrored to your nearest FTP mirror. Thanks, Tom!

You can find them in the /pub/OpenBSD/doc directory on your favorite
FTP mirror.

As most people probably know, the FAQ follows release, but I have kept
the most recent 3.2 versions of the FAQ in PDF and text format in this
same directory.

Every once in a while, you get an E-Mail, and suddenly, everything
changes... I got a note from Joel Knight, offering to help write some
stuff for the FAQ on PF. I showed him my framework, and as usual, I
said, "Show me". A couple days latter, he hands me a great document
on queueing...and he just kept on writing...

As with everything in the FAQ, it is intended to suppliment the
on-line man pages, not replace them, but if you have been looking to
understand some of the more advanced topics of PF, check it out.
Also, as with everything in the FAQ, the PF FAQ is going to stay in a
perpetual state of enhancement and revision for quite some time. This
is not just a "beginner's" document anymore, check out the sections of
it:

      Configuration
      Lists and Macros
      Tables
      Options
      Scrub
      Queueing
      Network Address Translation
      Traffic Redirection
      Packet Filtering
      Logging
      Anchors and Named (Sub) Rule Sets
      Shortcuts for Creating Rule Sets

      Issues with FTP
      Example: Firewall for Home or Small Office

(Can you tell I'm a little excited about this? In all honesty, this
was my most exciting commit since my very first with the project.)

Tom Cosgrove has been kind enough to start spinning out .PDF files of
the PF FAQ, also in the same /pub/OpenBSD/doc directory mentioned
above (first one is already there!)

Thanks to Sam Smith, Tom Cosgrove, Saad Kadhi, Horacio, and all the
others who have helped me proof-read and error check the FAQ. I'd
also like to thank the translation team
