The rule is, you can go from older to newer, the one thing you can NOT
do (easily) is jump back from post-release -current to -stable.
Your March 29th snap is BEFORE the 3.3-release was tagged and
3.3-stable branch was created, so it is not a problem to now wander
down the stable path from where you are.
