TMB> Now I manage only incomming traffic with altq:

TMB> net_robert = "10.5.1.0/30"
TMB> net_milan = "10.5.2.0/30"

TMB> queue dflt_wi0 bandwidth 64Kb cbq(default)
TMB> queue robert bandwidth 64Kb
TMB> queue milan bandwidth 64Kb

TMB> nat on $ext_if from $net_robert to any -> ($ext_if)
TMB> nat on $ext_if from $net_milan to any -> ($ext_if)

TMB> pass out on wi0 from any to $net_robert keep state queue robert
TMB> pass out on wi0 from any to $net_milan keep state queue milan

TMB> and the same for other int_if.

TMB> Thanks Radek
