Getting the CD player to play CD's

From: Chris (racerxmakeworld.com)
Date: Wed Jul 02 2003 - 14:09:47 CDT

In my OBSD 3.3 install - my cdrom is /dev/cd0a
That being said, when I start the default device is /dev/acd0a - I
change it to reflect /dev/cd0a I get errors saying I don't have proper
permissons etc.
The user is non-root, and was wondering if I chmod /dev/cd0a to 777 ,
might this correct the issue?
