As I mailed privatly; 3.3-stable does not work with newer SIS chipsets,
he should try -current to see if the problem is fixed. It was for me
with a recent AMD SIS chipset (740 I think). If you know what to look
for then backporting the fix to stable only needs 2 files changed, have
those here as well.
Disabling pcibios got me through the install, but renders the board next
to useless.
