  i've got a k6-2 somethin'somethin' that the m/b lets me run at speeds
  up to 550 MHz.

  if i use 500 in the summer, i have seen signal 11s from the gcc.

  if i use 550 in the winter, i have seen signal 11s from the gcc.

  if i use 450 in any season, i have not seen any signal 11s from the gcc.

  i think in my case it is a heat issue, so that's another one to look at.

  ( maybe get a better heatsinkfan thinger ).
