You are telling me that you can control the speed at which things are sent
"to" you over the internet/intranet with alt-q? Maybe I misread, but I took
that as what was being asked in part.
This interface should require 2 altq's, on either side of the said
connection.
If we can do this with PF, please enlighten.

well, perhaps _you_ cannot, but in general I did see nothing in his post
