Was it too hard to look a little on your own?
It's not in a package. It's in the base OS.
CVS works. There are web gateways to CVS.
Apache.org, oddly, also has their own man pages
and the docs in their source (1.2.x version)
Try there also.
Oh yeah, you have the CD, one presumes, or can get
the tar files. "tar tvzf $FILE.tgz" might show you
whats in those.
There's not much documentation that's easier to find out there.
