Thanks for the input, guys. This is getting kind of interesting. This
morning, after running all weekend, 'swapctl -l' reported that it was only
using 1% of swap. This afternoon, however, I checked it again, and it was
up to 32%. At one point (I think perhaps because of heavy net usage, and
maybe because I added a couple of lines to squidGuard's blacklist and
restarted squid) it peaked at 61%, but has now gone back down to 42%, about
20 minutes later.

I had checked the inodes, having been bitten by them once on a red hat
system. Most of the filesystems were using 0% (including /var) and none
more than 2%. I'll append my dmesg, as requested.

I think you're right, Brian, that it is a memory leak with squid (or maybe
squidGuard). I'll look into limiting the size of the cache. It's kind of
weird that this would crop up after being in use for so long, though. I
guess we can consider the case closed.
