Apply the patch in the bottom of that email and send me the dmesg.

So, what could be the case is that you have one of those hostraid
things. That means that the raid code actually runs in the driver;
only windows (and possibly linux) supports the proprietary raid code.
If you send me the dmesg I can add it to aac to see if it works or not.

PS: I need to do some research on the 1210 because I believe there are
two versions and i386.html might be confusing people.
