well I own a W200 and while i would LOVE to get it supported I think
there is some missunderstanding/issue here.

The W200 I own is orinoco based (some kind of PCMCIA-card behind USB
interface thingie) and it needs (at least with the Linux driver and I
think the windowsdriver too) an explicit firmwareupload because it seems
that this device has no permanent firmware storage. As far as I know
OpenBSD has no support für either orinoco/USB(wiUSB is Prism only or?)
nor some sort of generic firmwareuploadfacility ?.

Is it possible that you have mixed up the W100/W200 with the WL100/WL200
devices ? I'm quite sure that at least the WL200 is Prism/USB based so
that really might work.

I will try your patch later anyway - let's hope I'm wrong about that...
