Packages don't come out on a regular basis, but when enough things have
changed that Peter (I think) decides to release a new version. Because of
the size of them and the continuous updates to the ports tree it doens't
make sense to release them constantly.

Take the 14th packages and play with them. That'll do a lot of good. When
you notice that new ones are out, get them and play with them as well. If
you can be agile and set up scripts to rebuild your package world, you
can do this quickly. I plan on using the current packages tonight.
