You'll need SOME network connection someplace to get the source code
down to where the machine needs it. That may be all the way to burning
the source to a CD, then mounting the CD where a local service can
reach it, and adding a local connection URL. This may be as simple as a
"file://path" though. Experiment a little. Just wander through the
MASTER_SITES and make sure you get the right versions.
