I'd like to add that Symantecs (commercial) Antivirus Scan Engine
(SAVSE) is very stable as well. But it only runs on Linux or Win2k.
When using OpenBSD as the mailgateway you can have the scanning done on
a Linux box running SAVSE (basically what we do).
