I see that router and obsd together makes no sense. You could choose
one or other. If you have some firewall or some server(httpd, dns,
etc) in obsd, you could discard the router.
By the way, there some adsl modems that are router two (with 4
ethernet interfaces) and it's cheap. This ways, you could remove some
unnecessary hops.
That is my opinion. :)
