Migrating from 3.2 -> 3.6 - Caching Nameserver and "named.boot" question

Hi everybody!
I wanna "update" my DSL-Router at home wich runs 3.2 (ok now a 3.6 is
installed).

On OpenBSD 3.2 I did the followring to enable a caching-nameserver:

/var/named/named.boot
    options forward-only
    forwarders 194.25.2.132 194.25.2.129

I searched for the file again but I didn't found it.
The manpage of named was not very helpfull and a manpage for named.conf
dosn't exist. So where should I write down the settings for the
caching-nameserver on oBSD 3.6?
Or: How do I enable a caching namserver using Bind9.
I'm not that Bind9 guru so a little HowTo would be very nice. :)
It should just be a little caching nameserver for a home-connection (DSL).

Friendly greetings,
vH
