Probably prblems w/ hardware, not OS. I'm using obsd 3.1 and 3.2 on
3GB RAM boxes w/out any problems :)
Last time i've seen this problem was my intel box w/ 2Gb ram, but
after updaing BIOS-software problem was solved :) So check your
hardware. Hope it helps.
