3.6 random lockup

From: Josh Black (raskchankyyahoo.com)

Hi -

I'm using a generic PC running 3.6 as my firewall. Everything was
working wonderfully until about 3 weeks ago when it started randomly
locking up. The entire machine freezes. It doesn't respond to pings,
the console keyboard doesn't work, nothing. The only thing I can do is
cycle the power.

So far I've tried swapping out the NICs, the keyboard, even the entire
PC itself for another spare one I have that runs 3.6 as well. Nothing
makes a difference.

I have been searching and searching trying to figure out why it's doing
this, but I can't find any answers. I checked /var/log/messages and
there are no error messages there. The screen doesn't show a kernel
panic or anything like that. I'm not even sure where I need to be
looking. Any ideas at all would be helpful at this point. Thanks!

Here is my dmesg:
