I know, you did try to swap some hardware. But just in case: I had the
exact same behaviour with a box for ~1.5 years (locking up after 6 to
12 weeks). The PSU died. With the new PSU it run fine ever since.
Just in case it's more complicated: try to find a pattern: high traffic,
unusual traffic, lockups happen only at night or while your neighbour
vacuums his st.bernhards with his ultra-5000W-vac-o-matic..... (the
first two could indicate a problem with your os or hardware, the last two
indicate rather exterior problems)
