Yes. We've been hobbling on the existing RAID for a few weeks.
I have swapped a few drives. The performance problem has been
mitigated a bit by telling a few hard hitters to not do quite as
many cvs operations, or at least to coordinate them, but of course
slowing people down is not what we want to do.

I am standing in the machine room right now freezing my balls off
installing it. We'll beat on it for a bit before moving over, of
course.
