If we want a clean treatment of a gnome upgrade, we will need to tell
devel/gettext about a couple of new translation directories inside
share/locale. Else, these directories will be added in pieces whenever
some port tries to create the directory and update-plist will not
strip the directories since devel/gettext doesn't contain them.

The proposed patch fires grapeshot at share/locale. [1] is a diff
between a recent Gentoo linux box and a tad modified share/locale.
I have added what I thought were missing and have avoided silly
idiotic translations like piglating, Swedish chef, etc.

Furthermore, I still have a broadside ready. [2] Fires the volley
by grepping for LC_MESSAGES throughout all PLISTs in /usr/ports. If
this is the right way to do things, we have quite some work to do.
Many ports adds these share/locale directories themselves and there
is no real pattern here (as expected). I began cleaning up the
information by hand. But 178KB is a bit too much for a sleepy dane.

Patch attached for updated devel/gettext. This will allows us to do
a cleaner approach to the gnome porting later into the development
cycle.
